**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**:The Marketing Coordinator will support the work of the marketing team and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and assist with developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva
- Content creation - images, flyers, social media posts
- Write a monthly blog to be published on our wholesale and/or retail website
- Help create a monthly creative plan
- Update content with underwriting guideline changes in a timely manner
- Support the marketing department in organizing various projects
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports / questionnaires
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data
- Assist with promotional activities and organizing customer events
- Research competitors to conduct comparative analysis of company performance in the market

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- This position is in an office setting with computer and general office equipment. The position requires the ability to move freely around within the department and other department locations

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
