**Responsibilities**:

- Collect data from various sources and enter it into the appropriate databases
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of numerical data
- Retrieve and review data from the database as needed
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software is necessary
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerized databases
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

This is a hybrid position. Work will be required in the office as the project gets organized.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

**Job Type**: Temp-to-hire

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kennett Square, PA 19348
