**Your contribution**

As a member of the Logistics Division, you will be responsible to perform all Administrative functions including daily cycle counts, inventory adjustments, verifications of receiving, over/short reporting, and maintaining required logs and files in the Perishables facility in Elizabeth, NJ. The Inventory Control Administrative Clerk acts as a liaison between Operations and Procurement by maintaining inventory integrity in support of both departments. **Overnight Shift: 3:00AM-11:30AM working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.**

**Core Functions**

The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Daily cycle counting of product in a refrigerated warehouse including produce and seafood product.
- Processing inventory adjustments.
- Verifying receiving.
- Reporting over and shorts.
- Required log and file maintenance.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus.
- Must possess analytical, organizational and administrative skills.
- PC literate including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated data entry accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Wakefern computer systems including Rapid, WMS, QMF and Metafile preferred.
- Flexibility with work schedule: ability to work any 4 out of 7-day schedule.
- Flexibility with work hours: frequent overtime, alternate shifts and weekends.
- Well-developed oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Multiple language experience preferred.

**Working Conditions & Physical Demands**
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stretch, and reach as needed for long periods.
- Ability to look up and down for long periods.
- Ability to monitor computer screens for a long duration**.**:

- Must wear protective steel toe footwear at all times.
- Ability to work seated for long periods when required.
