**Position**: System Support Analyst/Progress Developer

**Location**: Hyde Park, MA (Hybrid work environment available)

**Reports To**: Service Delivery Manager (UK), dotted line to Distribution Center General Manager (local)

**Job Purpose**:
**Must Have**:

- Experience of system testing following software changes (both bug fixes and developments)
- Experience of training system users
- Proven analytical problem solving abilities to enable the job holder to understand and replicate the root cause of some of the support calls
- Self-motivated / self-starter who is organised and able to work on own initiative but also as part of a successful Systems Support Team. The ability to accurately prioritise work is essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as this role will involve liaising closely with system users.

**Nice to Have**:

- SQL skills would be an advantage
- Excellent Excel skills
- Previous experience in working with either SyscomERP, Systex, Prima solutions, JD Edwards, SAP, AX or equivalent ERP system
- EDI support experience / knowledge would be an advantage
- E-comm experience
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Progress Development skills (Openedge v11)
- SSRS Report Development

**Additional Notes**:

- There is only very occasional business travel expected with this role (less than 10%)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
