Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your role will involve educating customers about the benefits of solar energy, conducting site assessments, and providing customized solar solutions. If you have a passion for renewable energy and enjoy working in a customer-facing role, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and determine the feasibility of solar energy systems - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and explain how solar systems work - Provide accurate and detailed information about available solar products and services - Develop customized solar solutions based on customer requirements and budget - Prepare and present proposals to customers, including system designs, cost estimates, and financial analysis - Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project implementation - Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and door-to-door sales - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and incentives related to solar energy Skills: - Strong technical sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to customers - Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships - Previous experience in energy sales or related field is preferred - Knowledge of door-to-door sales techniques is a plus - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a bonus for multilingual interactions Join our team as a Solar Consultant and contribute to the growth of renewable energy adoption while enjoying a rewarding career. Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
