Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize software such as Outlook Calendar and DocuSign for efficient task management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform general office tasks including typing, filing, and data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Experience with project coordination and document management is a plus
