**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**:

- daily production of artisan bread
- Training with the head bread bakers
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and alert manager as necessary
- Ordering and receiving as assigned
- Maintain consistent quality and schedule
- Maintaining cleanliness

**Hours:
- **Monday - Sunday (8 to 10 hours)**:

- **With start times as early as 4am(flexible hours, can be 6/7am-1pm)**:

- Additional hours and shifts available if desired

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Passion for quality food & hospitality
- Team player with a friendly disposition towards a positive workplace
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work standing for 8 hours
