JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
  • daily production of artisan bread
  • Training with the head bread bakers
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and alert manager as necessary
  • Ordering and receiving as assigned
  • Maintain consistent quality and schedule
  • Maintaining cleanliness

Hours:

  • Monday Sunday (8 to 10 hours)
  • With start times as early as 4am(flexible hours, can be 6/7am-1pm)
  • Additional hours and shifts available if desired

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Passion for quality food & hospitality
  • Team player with a friendly disposition towards a positive workplace
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work standing for 8 hours
