- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of 7 years progressive experience in an analytical and programming environment with an emphasis on business knowledge acquisition, systems design, and COBOL.

Recent experience with the following:

- Strong Enterprise COBOL programming techniques
- IMS TM
- JCL
- MVS / OS Utilities
- Knowledge of mainframe legacy system integration with ORACLE
- Structured programming techniques
- SQL
- Ability to understand complex legacy computer systems.
- Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
