**Business Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze business and system requirements in support of implementing software solutions.
- Perform requirement and systems analysis, supporting design and data preparation for development of software solutions.
- Act as a liaison by working with multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies and requirements for the IT organization.
- Responsible for ensuring unique business needs are properly translated to functional specifications and supported by the system solution.
- Organize and present complex technical information effectively.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Work both independently and as an integral member of a team.
- Analyze data and data elements needed to support implementation of software solutions.
- Work collaboratively with business team members, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical teams and project managers on projects during all phases of software development life cycle.

**Required Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of Technical Business Analysis experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in a consulting environment.
- Experience in data analysis, functional/technical design, data normalization, and user acceptance testing.
- At least 3 years in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint).
- Exposure working with technology solutions supporting customer acquisition, development and retention business processes; Customer loyalty programs exposure a plus.
- Exposure working in a highly regulated and mandate-driven industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial services).

This is a remote position.
