Assistant Manager

We are seeking for an ambitious, dynamic Assistant manager to join our team that has a previous experience in a food business and in a customer service, that could be comfortable in a fast paced environment, have passion for food and strong organization skills.

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:

- Excellent customer service. Serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.
- Operating a cash register
- Follow and teach procedures to prepare, build and present perfect food. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Serving and teach to serve food that meets our quality standards.
- Knowledge and teach all of pizzas ingredients
- Ensure a good quality experience to every customers following our guidelines
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
