Bennett’s recent growth has resulted in a need for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes for hydrogen dispensers.
- Develop and implement efficient production workflows, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze production data to identify areas of improvement.
- Design and develop specialized manufacturing tools and fixtures as needed.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to establish quality control measures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the production of complex mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with hydrogen systems or other high-pressure gas systems is a plus
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
