Our technicians don't just fix phones—they troubleshoot and repair a wide array of devices, from cell phones and tablets to computers and gaming consoles. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Device Repair**: Diagnose and repair a variety of devices, including cell phones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. Replace internal components such as screens, batteries, and more, as well as performing microsoldering as necessary.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and providing solutions.
- **Cash Handling**: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring correct handling of cash and card payments.
- **Retail Operations**: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, cleaning, organizing parts.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- **Accessory Sales**: Provide customers with long-term solutions for protecting their devices and earn commission along the way.

**Requirements**:

- An interest in electronic repair, especially in cell phone or computer repair.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for a range of devices and brands.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism under stress.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in cash handling and retail environments is an asset.
- A friendly attitude and the desire to grow and develop your skills.
