**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
**MUST HAVE 1+ years** experience as a pool repair technician, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**KEY SUCCESS FACTORS**:
As a Repair Technician your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Promote Company values and customer care
- Have a great working knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment functionality and the ability to explain it to the client
- Ability to troubleshoot repairs
- Have a working knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps
- Complete daily records of worked performed
- Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Manage daily schedules with repair staff to ensure efficiency
- Work with office staff to ensure high degree of accuracy with regards to accounting and billing
- Improve processes and come up with innovative ideas to help us grow to the next level
- Explain needs to customers and get approval for any repairs needed
- Perform all duties with a customer and safety-first mindset
- Manage customer care issues and complaints
- Present yourself in a professional manner always
- Have a great attitude

**Compensation** - This hourly position is paid weekly. Based on experience. You will be provided paid on-the-job training and all the tools to be successful. Pay rates will range from $25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
