Corcoran Sawyer Smith is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Real Estate agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. If you have a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving sales, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who is relationship-driven and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with our agents.

Corcoran Sawyer Smith is 260+ passionate real estate professionals serving Jersey City, Hoboken, Princeton, Hopewell, Lambertville and Bucks Country, PA. From cutting-edge condos and majestic brownstones on tree-lined streets in Hudson Country to historic farmhouses and country estates throughout Central NJ and PA, we’ve represented some of the region’s most extraordinary properties. **Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train and retain agents
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of Real Estate agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and disseminate information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on team performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify new sales opportunities

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as Broker or Manager
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience with CRMs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients
- Bachelor's degree is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
