_**Job Scope** _
- Oversee the coordination and administration of all aspect of FAP’ housing programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling program activities._

1. Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization and the corresponding contracts.

2. Organize the program ensuring that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and the corresponding contract

3. Lead the program ensuring that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with ethical standards and aligns with the values of the organization and relevant legislation

4. Control the program ensuring information relate to program’s activities are well documented and support invoices submitted to funders according to establish timelines

5. Quality Assurance by maintaining a high quality of services and ensure the effective and efficient program delivery.

6. Other duties as assigned

**Job Duties and Tasks**

1. **Plan the program**:Develop and implement short and long-terms goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcomes of all housing programs. Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program. Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strength of the program and to identify areas for improvements. Monitor expenditures according to budget.

2. **Organize the program**: ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and housing contracts, as well as comply with all relevant legislation and professional standard. Develop forms and records to document program activities. Oversee the collection and maintenance of client records according to confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization. In consultation with executive director, recruit, interview and select well-qualifies program staff according to agency and contracts specifications. Ensure that client’s records for the program are properly maintain and kept confidential; implement a performance management process for all program staff. Supervise interns or volunteers as relate to the housing programs.

3**. Lead the program**:ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards. Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedback. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain community support for the program and collaboration. Liaise and collaborate with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery. Liaise with property owner and other providers to develop resources to expand the program delivery.

4**. Control the Program**: Write reports on the program for management and founders; communicate with founders as outlined in funding agreements. Ensure all financial records for the program is up to date, ensure client’s housing assistance expenditure are also up to date and according to contracts’ requirements and eligibility. Provide required reports to have invoices generated and submitted to funders according to the established timelines. Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control risk, monitor program activities on a regular basis and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework. Report evaluation finding to Director of Programs and Executive Director and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate

5. **Quality assurance and evaluation**:

Pay: $42,720.45 - $51,448.28 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Montebello, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
