**Summary**:
The Production Manager is responsible for the daily management of Stick Pack production. Production manager evaluates operation processes and procedures, in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Production Manager will be responsible for troubleshooting problems regarding the Company’s production systems as well as the analysis and problem-solving of those problems. The Production Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for production profitability, safety, and quality of our product.
- Sustain an agenda of activities and orchestrate meetings to convey expectations and generate results.
- Setting manufacturing goals and strategies to maintain and improve budget.
- Implement, manage, and evaluate operation processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by WPIA.
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
- Actively review facility practices to identify opportunities.
- Manage Stick Pack production to ensure customer orders are produced and shipped according to customers' quality requirements.
- Ensure that labor, ingredients, and equipment for production are available and utilized effectively.
- Create and implement new Line Layouts
- Available and capability to resolve after-hours issues regarding the building.
- Foster a success-oriented & accountable environment within the company.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of food processing/manufacturing experience.
- Must have strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to maintain facility quality standards.
- Exhibit sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company; build trust and credibility quickly at all levels within the organization while achieving key operating objectives.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
