**About the Team & Role**:
Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical, and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok.

As an Engagement Specialist in our Advertiser Experience team, you will partner directly with our advertisers in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance the advertiser's experience on our platform. You will team up with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, and Operations to assess and optimize existing services, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage Sales and other cross-functional teams, organizing activities and delivering insights from selected verticals/markets
- Curate continuous improvement in advertiser onboarding and proactive integrity strategies, collaborating with our Policy, Training, Operations and Sales teams
- Contribute to define and operationalize premium services for key customers
- Make recommendations to senior management through quantitative and qualitative analysis of challenges
- Navigate and excel in a matrixed organization where you can network and align cross-functionally
- Document successful process improvement to enable progressive learning

**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements
Minimum requirements
- Strong communication skills to develop relationships with sales teams and advertisers
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
- Experience in creating visualisation of data for a range of audiences
- Fluent English

Preferred requirements
- Experience with design thinking and data literacy
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in Monetization Integrity Operations.
- Creatively and analytically inspired, with experience in measuring the effectiveness of initiatives and defining the metrics to measure them
- Work proficiency with operational metrics such as but not limited to: quality, CSATs, productivity and percentage accuracy
- Prepare and present compelling narratives to showcase the progress of internal initiatives, presenting data to support key findings
- Fluency in a second language is an advantage
