We are looking for a dependable self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, to join our talented team.

**Position Summary**:
In keeping with the exceptionally high standards established by Willowsford, the primary responsibility of the Hospitality Team Member is to provide a pleasant, welcoming, and supportive front-desk presence and resort level customer service for Willowsford’s residents and their guests. The Hospitality Team Member is also responsible for providing efficient clerical and administrative support to the HOA office staff and with assisting in maintaining the appearance and beauty of the Willowsford amenity centers.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Homeowner Association or customer service industry experience preferred.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete opening and closing procedures checklist
- Ensure community buildings are cared for
- Assist residents with inquiries via phone and in-person
- Navigate website resources
- Oversee private rentals
- Assist with Lifestyle/HOA events
- Assist Operations with setting up and breaking down private rentals and events.

**SPECIFIC PROJECTS AREAS**:

- **Care of Amenities**
- Daily, inspect to ensure community building, and surrounding amenity space, is properly maintained and to the Willowsford standard.
- Communicate facility needs (supply orders, etc.) to main HOA Team
- Communicate work order related items as needed (broken toilet, etc.)
- Ensure the community building common rooms, front reception area and storage areas are neatly organized at all times.
- As needed, spot clean front desk area and community building
- As needed, put away supply orders
- General understand of moving furniture with care.
- **Resident Inquiries**
- Greet and assist residents with inquiries via phone and/or in-person
- **Private Rentals and Events**
- Check-in/welcome residents/guests/vendors as they arrive for Lifestyle and/or HOA events.
- Facilitate and oversee private rentals, ensuring contract obligations are met and buildings are left in order following event.
- As needed, prep event space for upcoming rental/event
- As needed, coordinate with Willowsford Kitchen Team during culinary events to provide front of house assistance.
- As needed, assist in set-up and breakdown of events/rentals to include rearranging and/or putting away furniture.
- Ability to use push carts, hand carts and dollies.
- Ability to read a furniture layout per map given by Lifestyle team.

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Other duties as assigned.

**ABILITIES REQUIRED**
- Normal dexterity of hands and fingers
- Regular, skilled use of personal computers and other office machines
- Normal physical strength to handle and life routine office materials, tools, and objects up to 65lbs
- Normal eye-hand-foot coordination
- Normal physical mobility, which includes movement from place to place
- Normal verbal, written, and non-verbal communication
- Normal ability to see, distinguish color, and hear

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
