**Homestead Companies is hiring for a Community Assistant at the Cottages, in College Station Texas with 369 Units/ 1354 beds.**

**What would a community assistant do?**

Be the face and voice of your HU community. Promote your community on-campus among student body and local businesses, driving brand awareness and positive word of mouth. Provide exemplary customer service both on and off the property. Assist Leasing Manager and Community Manager with day to day leasing, sales initiatives, administrative tasks, social events, and annual turns. Contribute to marketing and social media campaigns to drive sales. Go above and beyond to participate as a proactive, positive team member, with the common goal of building a strong leasing and Ace team and achieving target leasing, occupancy, maintenance, and customer service goals. Complete all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

**What you will need to be successful in this role**:

- Motivated students or entry level professionals with focus in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Sales
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and social media platforms
