**Invoicing and Field Support Specialist**

**Summary**

Revise Energy is a Mass Save Home Performance Contractor. We provide no-cost Home Energy Assessments and subsidized insulation and air sealing work for residential home owners in Massachusetts. We have been steadily growing over the past 7 years and are looking to bring on Invoicing/Logistics/Field Support Coordinator to assist with administrative and operational functions in our Haverhill office.

**General Responsibilities**
- Complete comprehensive and precise residential weatherization invoices in accordance with the Mass Save program and other vendor best practices.
- Submit invoices as required to Mass Save program vendors.
- Reconcile payments received against invoices.
- Maintain invoices and payments in Salesforce.
- Work Directly with accounting daily as needed and investigate and resolve any discrepancies between both systems.
- Work directly with Weatherization Install Manager and Field Managers to ensure accurate invoicing and change orders.
- Receive and review completed work orders from Field Staff and communicate to appropriate parties to rectify discrepancies.
- Reconcile daily commissions for field installers and document accordingly.
- Submit scheduled weatherization work for approval with Mass Save program vendors and remedy failed work scope approvals.
- Creating work orders in Salesforce and submitting for approval
- Updating install calendar
- Answer incoming calls, assist with scheduling, and general customer service
- Provide administrative support to field staff, provide updated job prices, intake of customer payments
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Tracking, recording, and communicating on current processes

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in the Mass Save Program or other energy efficiency programs is a plus

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Paid Holidays and accrued PTO time
- 40 hours per week
- $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

**Physical Demands**

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for files, marketing materials and computer printouts.
