We’re looking for a **Accounting Associate** to join our dynamic team in our **Melbourne **office. Ensure proper classification and payment of accounts payable and expense reimbursements.

**Responsibilities**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process account payable checks, including invoice verification and obtaining appropriate approval signatures.
- Process employee expense accounts and issue payments.
- Monitor and process certain overhead accounts including corporate credit cards.
- Reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers.
- Perform other duties as the supervisor deems necessary.

Qualifications:
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:

- High School degree or equivalent with 4 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping or related work experience.
- Associates Degree with 2 years of similar related experience.
- Experience in automated accounting systems required (Deltek products preferred)
- Experience with creating/managing electronic workflows (preferred)
- Demonstrated technical skill set may be substituted for years of experience.
