Screen Printer

Tshirt Lab in West LA is a local, boutique custom garment print shop specializing in screen printing and direct to garment printing on site. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and experienced Screen Printer who will grow with our business

Applicant must have knowledge of all aspects of screen-printing on a variety of different garments.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain all press machines
- Prepare artwork based on customer specifications
- Prepare, maintain, store, and expose screens
- Maintain press production schedule
- Maintain quality and color density on printed garments
- Properly dispose chemicals following safety measures for chemicals
- Ink color mixing / matching & curing of the following: Pantone Library, Custom mixes & matches per client specifications, Solvent, Waterbase, Adhesives & UV inks
- Perform maintenance on press and other equipment as required
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and restock as needed
- Keep all work area equipment clean and organized
- Maintain company quality standards by meeting department goals and customer specifications
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
- Screen-printing experience required; 3 years preferred
- Ability to separate multi-colored artwork files through spot color separations
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
- Must be detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills are required
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be excellent at problem solving and decision making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work overtime and off-site events
- Most importantly, must have a positive and patient attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
