**Real Estate Cold Caller (Commission-Based)**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads generated through various sources.
- Introduce our real estate services and offerings to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and identify potential opportunities for further engagement.
- Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Follow up with leads through multiple communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations.
- Provide regular updates on call activities, lead interactions, and outcomes to the sales manager.
- Continuously develop and refine cold calling scripts and strategies to improve effectiveness and maximize conversion rates.
- Stay informed about market trends, real estate regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
- Represent our brand professionally and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

**Location**:

- Beaumont, Texas

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
