**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Coordination**:

- Create, update, and manage schedules for staff and clients using our scheduling software.
- Ensure all appointments and shifts are accurately documented and communicated to relevant parties.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and emergencies, ensuring mínimal disruption to services.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, addressing questions and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders in both English and Russian.
- Ensure clear and accurate information is relayed between all parties.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and any relevant communications.
- Prepare and distribute scheduling reports to management as required.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations regarding scheduling practices.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their scheduling needs and concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and staff to enhance overall satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**:

- Fluent in both English and Russian (verbal and written).
- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily office-based with standard office hours.
- May require occasional flexibility to accommodate urgent scheduling changes or emergencies.

**To Apply**:
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
