Qualifications:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Ability to understand and follow procedures;
- Able to quickly assess information and take appropriate actions to keep process flowing
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong communication
- Comfort with fast changing work priorities and multitasking.
- Business acumen to include a working knowledge and understanding of invoice documents, equipment specifications and operational functions required to provide sound program support.
- Aptitude for Microsoft Outlook Suite. Ability to work with excel sheets and to create and upload documents and files.
- Requires attention to detail and analytical skill.
- Three plus years experience supporting customer programs.
- Energy Efficiency program experience.
- Associates degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
- Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals.
- Bachelor’s preferred.
- Advanced Word skills;
- Understands and has strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and vendor relationships with high level of satisfaction
- Process improvement or Project Management experience
