Document Control Specialist

Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Populate automated document/media control tracing database
- Receive and control incoming materials and media
- Transmit data IAW DoD/Don policy, SCG, SOPs
- Store and track data
- Keep receipts/logs
- Act as courier
- Develop coversheets
- Coordinate sanitization and destruction of materials and media
- Archive data, documents, and media
- Provide inventory reports
- Operate secure communications equipment
- Maintain Media Control plan
- Provide security support during testing and demonstrations
- Provide visitor escort.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced with computers, printers, scanners
- Must attend CDSC training courses in derivative classification, PII marking, marking classifications, SAP overview, annual cyber awareness, OPSEC
- 4 years security experience in a DoD environment

**Education**
- High school diploma

**Desired Requirements**
- 2 years of SAP experience
- DoD experience

**Other Qualifications**
- Must have a Final DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Must have SSBI/T5/T5R.
- Must be SCI eligible.
