**Position Summary**

Take charge of driving and contributing to the dynamic development of multiple brand strategy initiatives under the captivating theme of "More than a Car Dealer," including engaging Love Promise activations and the prestigious Love Promise Community Commitment Award. Dive into the action by spearheading the implementation and management of the exhilarating Subaru Love Promise Retailer Activations and Share the Love campaigns, working hand in hand with the innovative minds of the Field Marketing team, the trailblazing visionaries at Subaru of America (SOA) Marketing department, and the dedicated regional/zone field teams.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Love Promise Retailer Recognition Programs:

- Oversees day-to-day operations of the Love Promise Community Commitment Award Program, which includes the daily approval of retailer Love Promise Profiles, reviewing all Love Promise story submissions daily, administering the Love Promise Story Monthly Story Winner & Recognition, updating monthly status reports, collaborating with Subaru of America (SOA) IT to ensure that reporting is error free, and spearheading the recognition processes for the Love Promise awards.
- Coordinates Love Promise Community Commitment Program with Sales Training’s Love Promise Customer Commitment program, rules, recognition, trophies, and materials.
- Communications:

- Prepares and distributes SOA Marketing department communications and reporting regarding brand strategy, programs, and platforms to SOA executives, SOA Field, and retailers.
- Oversees preparation and execution of Marketing Snapshot for SOA field.
- Coordinates Marketing presentations for the twice monthly Executive Meetings.
- Facilitates two-way dialogue between SOA Marketing, field, and retailers - formally, informally, and in-person - with the goal of ensuring synergy between consumer-facing Marketing communications, programs, and events.
- Acts independently as day-to-day contact for field marketing managers while also conducting outreach and problem-solving.
- Conferences & Meetings:

- Spearheads the development of the Love Promise booth at the National Business Conference, which includes ideation, coordination, execution, and on-site support.
- Supports the coordination of the exhibits at the National Training Conference and Aftersales Business Conference.
- Reviews and provides content to all project managers involved with the National Business Conference, National Training Conference, and Aftersales Business Conference.
- Coordinates and organizes the bi-annual Field Marketing Managers in-person meetings as well as monthly meetings and calls with SOA Marketing and Field Marketing.
- Additional Responsibilities:

- Uses research, data, and trends to inform decisions and evolve programs for Field Marketing.

**Required Skills and Personal Personal Qualifications**
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, take initiative, and be a self-starter, including independently contacting stakeholders for more information.
- Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization, including Executive team.
- Adept at building relationships and collaborating with ability to effectively partner with others.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the automotive industry, field operations, retailer (dealership) operations, or experience related to these areas.
- Preferred: Experience with marketing, cause marketing, or experience related to these areas.

**Educational/Experience Requirements**:4-year college degree (BA, BS), with 4 to 6 years relevant experience.

**Work Environment**
- **Hybrid Role**:Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)
- **Travel Required**:30-40%
- **Internal Work Environment**:Prolonged sitting at desk and working on computer.

**Compensation**:The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $67900 - $90000 / year. (P2) Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, 0nd relevant education or training.
