We are actively seeking a **Payroll Packaging and Shipping Specialist **to join our payroll team at our Lombard, IL office. The employee is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

**Job Duties**:

- Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
- Shipping/ Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments
- Data entry and support as needed for other branch departments
- Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments
- Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

**Qualifications**:

- Professional phone communication skills
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to meet pick-up and shipment windows
- Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines

**Pay**:
16.00 Hourly

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
