The instructor is responsible for providing meaningful quality instruction and workforce preparation to students that meet the program and course objectives. The Adjunct Faculty will teach a variety of Career Technical Education (CTE) classes covered in the Entrepreneurship Program. This includes, but is not limited to the following topics: developing a business plan, marketing strategies, financial statements and projections, consumer engagement, and business law.

The equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Minimum two (2) years experience running a business.

Experience teaching adult students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds and varying levels of proficiency.

A working knowledge of, and experience with, student learning outcomes and assessment.

**Working Conditions**:
**Salary Range**: Salary Range: $62.77 - 68.86 per hour
