**Job Summary**:
Owl is hiring an HR Employee Advocate who will oversee administrative and facility responsibilities in the office and will support the HR department. This role will implement and execute strategies for a welcoming employee environment along with employee satisfaction. The Employee Advocate will also act as the main point of contact for the office location and provide administrative support to the to the team as required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaison between office and HR department ensure a welcoming office environment
- Assist with Employee well-being and driving a positive culture
- Responsible for meeting and event arrangements and planning
- Oversees office facilities/maintenance; serve as liaison with local property management and working with building personnel and appropriate internal contact
- Assist with meetings from a security perspective to ensure appropriate sign in and badge access (work with IT & Security)
- Manages and orders/stocks office supplies and snacks
- Shipping and receiving of equipment and materials for the office
- Booking or assisting with local travel arrangements
- Assist with filing expense reports or other administrative duties as required
- Working with various operational systems (HubSpot, ATS, CostPoint and/or ADP)
- Additional assigned duties/tasks requested as necessary.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience
- 3-5+ years’ experience in providing administrative support
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- HubSpot, ADP, Costpoint and/or ATS experience preferred
- Additional Competencies/Requirements
- Possess a positive flexible attitude
- Commutable to local office at least 2-3 days/week
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess excellent organizational skills Must have excellent communication tools - both verbal and written
