Job Overview:

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records through precise data entry
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports efficiently
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Ensure precise payroll management and calculation of wages
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Aid in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in preparing business tax documentation and records

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with data entry, payroll processes, and QuickBooks Online
- Understanding of governmental accounting principles is advantageous
- Strong time management abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in data entry or bookkeeping essential
