**Hours**:15-20 hours per week
**Compensation**:$2,000/ month

**J skis is seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to manage our presence on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. **This position will range from 15-20 hours per week, depending on the season. You will be solely responsible for scheduling content and managing customer relationships within these digital channels, under the supervision of our Marketing Manager. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for curating engaging content, fostering our community and enhancing our brand presence online. Ability to creatively leverage User Generated Content and write in our distinct brand voice are a must.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Plan and schedule regular posts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Monitor analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build customer relationships by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain healthy digital accounts by keeping engagement high and continuing to grow follower count.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to digital marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience professionally managing social media platforms for a business.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools, such as Later or Hootsuite.
- Strong passion for skiing and familiarity with the skiing community and culture.
- High levels of creativity and ability to maintain and enhance brand voice.
- Ability to help in content creation, with occasional on-mountain filming time required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and accept feedback.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools and ability to concisely report results to the marketing team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
