Property Management Office Manager

Founded in 1990, we own, manage, and develop multi-family housing, offering quality housing throughout most of Eastern Wisconsin. **Property Management Office Manager**

**Core Duties**:

- Managing electronic and paper payments made directly through bank accounts as well as through credit cards.
- Taking and directing phone calls as needed.
- Processing mail.
- Preparing bank deposits.
- Managing check supply.
- Creating and managing invoices for client chargebacks.
- Processing of company payroll. We do not use a payroll contractor, we process our payroll in-house using CheckMark software.
- HR Administration. Onboarding of new hires and supporting scattered sites through workplace incidents.

**Additional Duties Include**:

- Preparing electronic leasing documents.
- Involvement in vendor contracts.
- Creating lease renewals.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous property management, leasing, and office administration experience preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to help manage and edit company website preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Rent Manager or other property management software (Yardi, AppFolio or other) preferred.
- Ability to set up new devices for employees - laptops, cell phones, etc.
- Administrator experience in Microsoft Office, including but not limited too:

- Outlook - ability to create new accounts, aliases,
- Excel - ability to import/export csv and text files, create pivot tables
- Sharepoint (or similar) - ability to set up and manage Sharepoint use and routine backups to prevent data loss.

**Full-Time Benefits**:

- From $38 per hour.
- Monday through Friday work schedule.

**Work Location: In person at our Brookfield Office**
