**What You'll Do**:

- Assist in material setup
- Clean and maintain coating equipment and booths
- Ensure proper records are maintained
- Inspect material before it leaves the area to be sure proper coating was applied
- Make suggestions regarding changes to improve department processes to maximize efficiencies and quality
- Attend periodic departmental meetings

**Who You'll Be Will Working With**
- Coating Supervisor

**What is required?**
- 6 months to 1 year of Coating Experience preferred

**Hourly Pay**: Depending on experience
