**Job Description**:
You will manage various business tasks such as calling customers, reviewing paperwork and other organizational tasks. Must have consistently exceptional customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is positive, eager to work, organized, detailed, and proactive. We are looking for a Office Assistant that will play a fundamental role in the communication between salesmen and clients and warehouse guys to keep projects and operations running smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
*Field telephone calls *Receive and direct visitors *Assist in scheduling of repairs, measurement appointments, and out of state shipments. *Work closely with the sales rep to promote a more fluent system. *Send out important information and documents to new customers. *Assist in booking appointments. *Help with Social Media. *Maintain an organized filing system *Report to office 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
