**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Care**:
Welcome and prepare clients for appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.

Assist in gathering client medical history and consent forms.

Assist in the assessment of patient needs and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.

Provide compassionate and non-judgmental support to clients.

**Clinical Support**:
Prepare examination rooms and equipment, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Assist medical professionals during client assessments, consultations, and medical procedures.

Prepare client orders and assist in dispensing them.

Assist documenting and tracking of a client’s progress.

**Administrative**:
Schedule client appointments, manage appointment reminders, and maintain an organized client calendar.

Document client information accurately and maintain electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with privacy regulations.

Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and clean clinic environment.

Stay informed about industry standards and guidelines, always maintaining compliance.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
