HealthMerch is in search of a Sales Specialist who will play a pivotal role in our client relations team. **The Role - Sales Specialist**:
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in connecting healthcare organizations with ideal promotional products that enhance their health and wellness campaigns. You will act as a conduit between client needs and our marketing and design teams, ensuring a seamless and impactful product creation process.

**What We Offer**:

- A competitive annual salary of $45,000 to $50,000, negotiable based on experience.
- An uncapped commission structure, with anticipated earnings between $9,000 and $18,000 in your first year, to reward your sales achievements.
- A comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, emphasizing your well-being.
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), supporting work-life balance.
- A hybrid work environment, allowing greater flexibility. After three months with our team, you'll have the option to work remotely one day a week.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations for their promotional product needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to devise effective customer attraction and retention campaigns.
- Ensure alignment of our designs with client branding.
- Manage the client journey from initial contact to final sale, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recommend and customize product solutions effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to our growth.
- Act as a client advocate within HealthMerch, using their feedback to shape future products.
- Represent HealthMerch at industry events, with readiness for travel and networking.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or promotional products.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for relationship-building.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot), Google Workplace, and Apple products.
- Self-motivated, independent, and a strong team player.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
