Job Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual friendly and organized Beauty School Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling inquiries, and assisting with retail sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the beauty school & salon
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Provide information about salon services and products
- Assist with retail sales, including upselling and recommending products
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage inventory and stock salon products
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a salon or retail environment
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using salon software or booking systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with technical sales of salon appliances is desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
