**Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Curriculum Delivery**:_

Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction in child care development and early childhood education.

Develop and update curriculum content to ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.
- **Practical Training and Supervision**:_

Facilitate hands-on training experiences, including supervising students during practical exercises and field placements.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their skills in child care practices.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:_

Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of child care development concepts.

Participate in the evaluation and grading of student assignments and projects.
- **Professional Development**:_

Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in early childhood education.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:_

Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.

Maintain open communication with students, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in child care development or early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles, curriculum design, and instructional methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Current certifications and licenses by local regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.70 - $24.93 per hour
