Job Summary

Under the contract with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (IDCFS), assigned to the Office of Research and Child Well-being, assist the Director of Evidenced-Based Interventions in the ORCW with building the necessary infrastructure to support the long-term sustainability of Well-Being projects and initiatives. May work alone or with a team and will adhere to the directions of assigned supervisor.
- Duties & Responsibilities

**Administration**
Produce effective processes and procedures for addressing challenges connected to developing treatment programming in the ORCW.
Create, organize, and document CQI process to expand ORCW outreach.
Create web-based systems to assist in providing outreach and education to stakeholders.
Use technical systems to design programs that will provide detailed evaluation data to determine areas of focus, strategic planning and enhance CQI practices.
Implement, manage, and monitor a consistent, effective delivery system which complies with state and federal child welfare laws, policies, and procedures.
Create and maintain relationships with individuals in the Office of Research and Child Well-being (ORCW), stakeholders, partnering agencies and DCFS.
Demonstrated commitment to intentional work around diversity, equity, inclusion, well-being, and belonging.
Utilizes change management strategies to enhance implementation activities.

**Evaluation**
With supervisory assistance, oversees development of data analysis systems and evaluation processes to ensure that program benchmarks are successfully attained.
Supports evaluation processes; recommends & implements changes for enhancement.
Supports CQI through monthly collection of REDCap data, completing data corrections for future data analysis.
Develop tracking programs for provider utilization, county expansions and quarterly/annual contract reviews.

**Program Development**
Provides support for planning, scheduling, delivering, and maintaining program(s).
Development of training materials such as brochures, flyers, or other requested documents to enhance educational and training efforts.
Participate as a committee member at ORCW retreats, conferences or other scheduled in person meetings.

- Specialty Factors

Bachelor’s degree. Course work in Social Work, Education, or other human services related field. One (1) year of work experience in continuous quality improvement projects and system development.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Written and oral communication skills, sound judgment, knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software, self-motivated, leadership qualities, independent thinker, comfortable with public speaking, and ability to travel to various locations.

**Appointment Information**:
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5002 - Program Coordinator position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the search closes. Hybrid work may be considered for this position. The minimum of the salary range for this position is $60,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
