- Strong computer literacy; advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel is a must
- 3-5 years experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role in construction
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, or related field
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate between departments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven track record of assisting Project Managers and handling project-related documentation
- Understanding of construction processes and familiarity with industry standards and terminology

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling, managing calendars, and project timelines efficiently
- Organize and manage paperwork, maintaining an organized system for easy access and retrieval
- Review and process Submittals, maintaining compliance with project requirements
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring seamless execution
- Support behind-the-scenes tasks of a multi-faceted construction company, aiding project managers, overseeing project accounting, and managing crucial construction documents
- Aid in preparing progress reports, tracking milestones, and deadlines
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans and documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the project management workflows, contributing to the ongoing development of best practice
