"The Learning Experience", Mesa Dobson Ranch is looking for motivated teachers that have a **passion for being** an early educator. We are looking for someone that is **very personable and interacts** well with the parents and also has a **team player mentality**. We all want to work in a cohesive environment in which we can rely on each other.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety of each child enrolled in the class whether in the classroom, on the playground, or in common areas
- Maintain regular observation and evaluation of children's development and progress as directed by administration
- Accept and maintain responsibility on a daily basis for the ordered arrangement, appearance, décor, and cleanliness of the learning environment of the classroom
- Serve as a role model for the children in the areas of attitude, speech and actions on a daily basis
- Treat each child with dignity and respect
- Encourage children's development in the areas of building self-confidence, problem solving, and taking responsibility for their actions
- Interact with each child on a daily basis through circle time, centers, snacks, lunchtime, playground and free play
- Should be able to follow all the policies and guidelines per AZDHS
- Should be able to lift up to 50lbs

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Must have a high school diploma
- 1+ years of childcare experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have documentation per AZ Licensing (Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, Negative TB test, Food Handlers Card)

and Part Time

Pay : Depending on Experience and Qualifications

**Salary**: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
