Summary

We are on the the campus of Without Walls Church in Mesa. We are a preschool dedicated to our families and serving our community through our preschool. We value our staff and students, and are intentional about their social/emotional and character development. We have a great team that works well together and we are looking for someone to join that team. This is a part time job for the afternoon-closing position. The hours would be 12-6 or 2-6

Duties

Be responsible for the health and safety of the kids.
Help create and implement age appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Partner with parents/guardians regarding their child's growth.
Change diapers or facilitating bathroom breaks
Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Maintain required documents for student records and staff file.
Be a team player
Create a fun environment

Requirements

a minimum of 1 year experience in a licensed facility
a current CPR/First aid card
a level 1 fingerprint clearance card
a negative TB test
must be 18 years of age
a high school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate effectively - verbally and on a tablet.
Ability to create a positive learning environment.
Patience and flexibility is a must
Ability to work as a team memeber

Nice To Haves

18 hours of Early Childhood Education or a CDA certificate.
At least 1 year experience in the preschool field
