We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our Creative Team at Lucky 21 on a full-time basis. This is an in-person position, based in Roselle, NJ. This role will report in to our Creative Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Junior Designer will be responsible for designing best-in-class e-commerce experiences, helping our clients execute "on-brand creative" and increasing conversions through user-experience design
- Create design concepts for projects based on Creative Director and Brand Managers’ direction
- Work with client assets (Brand Guidelines, PSD's, videos, etc.) to build marketing imagery
- Upload Creative designs and photography to e-commerce website
- Work with Creative Director on mentorship and growth
- Communicate with Brand Management teams to ensure creative is executed properly
- Efficiently manage multiple projects in an organized manner
- Stay up to date on design trends and best practices in e-commerce

Qualifications:

- Link to portfolio
- 2+ years of experience in design
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of photoshop and illustrator
- Hyper aware of design trends, especially within the e-commerce space
- Great work ethic and team player, open to feedback and collaboration
