**Skills**:

- Experience in Cosmetic, plastic, Oral and Maxillofacial surgery is preferred
- Experience in sales and treatment planning coordination.
- Must be interested in building the practice revenue through strengthening the relationships with existing referrals and building new referral through marketing.
- Must have an outgoing personality and loves to meet new people.
- Act as liaison between the doctor and prospective, current and former patients.
- Able to manage doctor schedule to maximize productivity.
- Maintain a diligent patient follow up schedule.
- Manage office staff for maximum productivity.
- Staff conflict resolution in the office.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and medical and dental insurance.
- Experience:
5 years in Plastic surgery and/or Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery
**Education**:
College degree
**Salary**:
Base salary with benefits and bonus based on practice productivity.
