**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments.
- Play a critical role in customers’ automotive buying experience.
- Utilize organizational skills to track appointment outcome and sales opportunities.
- Utilize written communication skills to document customer preferences, concerns and provide market feedback to management.
- Maintain basic product knowledge and information on current incentives.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least one year retail or hospitality experience required - Previous experience in automotive preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
- Intermediate computer skills
- An inclusive attitude that embraces diversity and values the contributions of all team members.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
