The focus of the Service Advisor is to recommend proper vehicle care to our valued customers and explain the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. **What you'll be doing**
- Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
- Working with your own team of technicians to whom you will direct vehicle work and consult about the needed repairs/service.
- Informing customers of any changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
- Responsible for communication with the customer as to the status of their vehicle from onset through delivery.
- Answering customer questions about their vehicle service and applicable warranty coverage.
- Advising the customer and coming up with a plan for their vehicle in the short and long term of the customer’s needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience.

**What we’re looking for**

**Must-haves**:

- 2+ years of previous dealership Service Advisor experience is required; BMW and/or luxury experience preferred.
- CDK proficiency preferred.
- Phenomenal follow-up skills.
- Strong desire to engage with the customer and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Professional personal appearance.
