**We are searching for a talented Pharmacist-3rd Shift Staff**

**Hours: 35hrs**

**Shift: Night Shift, 9:00pm - 7:00am with weekend and holiday rotation; 7 day on/7 day off schedule**

**Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA**

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities: Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy. Function as resource for Patient Care Services Administrative Supervisors and/or physicians for any pharmacy, medication or patient therapy concerns. Qualifications:

- A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree in a Pharmacy program required.
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
- Minimum three years experience required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range: USD $68.35 - USD $85.38 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement : 7 day on/7 day off schedule
