**Resource's typical working day**:
This is a front facing role.
- This person will be responsible for booking conference rooms, greeting visitors, answering the phone.
- Will be responsible for some supplies, there is a coffee bar.
- This person will be responsible for conference room readiness and switch boarding. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.
- Ad hoc administrative duties. Some inventory management.

**Utilizing MS Office Suite.**

**Must Have Skills**:Customer service experience in a **professional environment **experience will be imperativ**e**
- Comfortability and proficiency around computer usage
- Self-starting, self-managed. Being able to be self-driven.
- Ability to learn a new system

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $20.14 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Property leasing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Garden City, NY 11530 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Garden City, NY 11530: Relocate before starting work (required)
